Lägenheten har en egen ingång med -1 trappa ned till entredörren. På tomten finns också en uteplats som tillhör hyresgästen/hyresgästerna. Lägenheten är omöblerad men det går att ordna ett enklare möblemang till en justering av hyra. Toaletten renoveras och håller precis på att färdigställas.

Här i huset bor också en småbarnfamilj. Innan ni eventuellt söker lägenheten önskar vi att ni funderar en gång om detta typ av boende passar er, då vi vill att vår nya hyresgäst ska trivas så bra som möjligt i sin nya bostad och med oss.

The apartment has it own entrance with -1 stair to the private entrance. There is also a patio that belongs to the tenant/s. The apartment has no furniture but simple furniture can be arranged to an adjustment in rent. The bathroom is newly renovated.
In this house there is also a family living with small children. Before you apply for the apartment please make sure that this type of living suits you, as we want our new tenant to feel as much home as possible in their new place and with us.
