Det finns tre sovrum på ovanvåningen, ett allrum samt ett badrum med både dusch och badkar.
På bottenvåningen finns kök och vardagsrum i öppen planlösning, ett rum som kan användas som sovrum eller kontor, samt en toalett.

Till boendet ingår 3 parkeringsplatser, en vid huset och två vid parkeringsgarage som hör till samfälligheten.

Vi är flexibla gällande möblering och kan i samförstånd med hyresgäst hitta lämpliga lösningar. Vi kommer att nyttja en del av vinden för förvaring men säkerställa att det finns gott om förvaring kvar för hyresgästen.

Det finns även ett förråd utomhus där det kommer finnas utrustning för att ta hand om tomten, ex gräsklippare och liknande.

Nice chain house in a quiet part of Askim. Close to schools, preschools, shops and other services. About 30 minutes by bus into central Gothenburg.

The house is newly renovated inside, with a new kitchen from 2023 and a remodeled bathroom in 2022.

There are three bedrooms on the upper floor, a family room and a bathroom with both shower and bathtub.
On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen and living room, a room that can be used as a bedroom or office, and a toilet.

The accommodation includes 3 parking spaces, one by the house and two by the parking garage that belong to the community.

We are flexible regarding furniture and can find suitable solutions in agreement with the tenant. We will use part of the attic for storage but ensure there is plenty of storage left for the tenant.

There is also a storage room outside where there will be equipment to take care of the grounds, eg lawnmowers and the like.
